GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR GROUP AND EVENTS BOOKINGS

  1. DEPOSIT AND CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
    At the time of confirmation, the client is to pay 25% of the of the budgeted total cost.
     
  2. PRE-PAYMENT OF BUDGETED TOTAL COST

    2.1. 1st Pre-payment: 60 days before the event commences the client is to pay a further 25% of the total budgeted cost.
    2.2. 2nd Pre-payment: 30 days before the event is due to commence, a further 35% of the total budgeted cost is to be paid.
     
  3. FINAL PAYMENT
    The final payment of the official invoice is to be paid within 30 days of the event’s close.
     
  4. CANCELLATIONS

    4.1. The deposit is nor-refundable in all cases.
    4.2. On cancelling part of the contracted services for any event, and after one or both of the two pre-payments have been made, only 25% of the cost of the cancelled services will be refunded. Should an event be completely cancelled, and after one or both of the two pre-payments have been made, only 25% of the said pre-payments will be refunded.
