Riding a quad bike on the obstacle-filled routes that criss-cross the
estate, or exploring offroad in a 4 wheel drive vehicle constitute a
n

range of vehicles available for rent so that both adults and children can
fully experience this fascinating sport.

A 7 meter high rockodrome with a variety of hand and footholds and ring and
u-bolts for karabiners and snap rings allowing groups of climbers to
practice all three main disciplines – climbing, abseiling and ziplining.
There are a number of possible ascents to the peak of the rockodrome

greatly, depending on the number of participants and shots per archer.

A paintball session is very stimulating for the senses as a result of the
excitement caused by such a ‘mock battle’ in the great outdoors. The game
can be played either individually – increasing the level of competition
among those taking part – or in teams, which strengthens the bonds between
team members.

Orienteering is the perfect sport for getting out and about in the country
whilst exercising and one where a good sense of direction is as important as
physical fitness. Nature lovers can criss-cross the whole estate with the
aid of a compass or train on special circuits.

In Montenmedio art is appreciated in harmony with its natural surroundings
in the permanent exhibition of contemporary art featuring the work of
contemporary sculptors and other works by artists from all over the world.
The NMAC Foundation invites a number of artists each year to create
‘site-specific’ projects, based on the history, scenery and materials of the
area.
